Pilates Rehabilitation

Our team of physiotherapists offer targeted Pilates rehabilitation in private or small group settings at both our clinics. No previous Pilates or exercise experience is necessary, and Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels.

Contact us for current pricing. All Pilates sessions run for 45mins. A 10% discount is offered on advanced payment of 10 sessions.

Although each private health insurer is different, some offer the possibility to claim group Pilates or Pilates programs through physiotherapy codes. Talk to your health insurer about your options.

How it works

Step 1 – Initial assessment

Meet with your physiotherapist to set goals and prioritise focal areas that need to be addressed. This ensures your Pilates program is built around a clear understanding of your aches and pains as well as the areas that need improving.

Step 2 – Programs tailored to your lifestyle

Your program is developed to ensure that it addresses your goals. Each class will involve a variety of exercises to tone, stretch and strengthen your body.

Step 3 – Perform, Activate, Create
